The Great Hall at Camden Falls combines function and convenience with a touch of elegance.  It accommodates up to 550 guests with the capability of dividing into separate, private receptions.
Camden Falls is a full-service banquet facility providing a variety of exceptional food and beverages served in our air-conditioned, private hall(s) as well as the professional, uniformed staff to make your wedding a day to remember.  In addition, all wedding receptions include set-up & clean-up of Camden Falls product, tables both round and rectangle and black cushioned chairs.  Included with our catering is white linens, white skirting, cloth napkins, chinaware, water glasses, and silverware, cake plates and dessert forks.
Required with our facility is our catering and bar services.  We are a licensed food and liquor facility so the only product allowed into facility with proper Insurance is the cake bakers.
Guests can enjoy the additional outdoor beauty of our gazebos, walking paths, and landscaped fountains.

Heidelberg University is dedicated to providing a year round conference program while offering quality facilities and services to meet the various needs of conferences and camps. The summer conference schedule runs from May through the first week in August and the University has the capacity to accommodate between 75 and 700 people for events such as band camps, show choir camps, athletic camps, and leadership activities. One day conferences and meeting room facilities are also available.
The campus includes 26 facilities diverse enough to meet nearly any conference need and all facilities are within easy walking distance. Housing consists of six residence halls, each with various room sizes, shapes and accessories. The University also has outdoor facilities including tennis courts, practice fields, an all-weather track and gymnasium facilities.
Heidelberg provides a full-time staff available for conference check-in, checkout, set-ups and other requested assistance. Additionally, Parkhurst Dining Services at Heidelberg operates a fully functional dining hall and provides meal service throughout the year for students and all special events for the campus including summer conference programs.
