Join the Franciscan Earth Literacy Center for the Seeds of Joy Cooking Class at 9:30 AM-10:30 AM at Ralph's Joy of Living, select Saturdays in June - August.

Enjoy a cooking class using microgreens and vegetables from the Seeds of Hope Farm on the St. Francis Campus and olive oils from Ralph's Joy of Living to create marinades, dressings and much more. Different ingredients will be used for each class.

Cost is $20 per person. Space is limited. Please RSVP at 419-447-1051 by noon on the Thursdays before class. Registration is for individual classes; if you would like to attend more than one, you must register for each class.
