The Teen Department at the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host "Duct Tape Bookbags" on Tuesday, June 4 at 3:00 PM in the Frost Kalnow Room.

Teens entering grades six through 12 will create a custom bag out of duct tape. All materials will be provided. No registration is necessary. This program is part of the 2024 Summer Reading Program.
