The Youth Services Department at the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host "Rubber Ducky Wednesday" on Wednesdays, June 5, 12, and 26 at 10:00 AM in the Frost Kalnow Room.

Babies age birth to 35 months and their caregivers are invited to a story time on June 5 with books, songs and lap bounces. On June 12 and June 26, join the Library for a play date with toys and books for the babies to enjoy together. This program is part of the 2024 Summer Reading Program.
