Get ready to celebrate the flavors of the season with Taste of Summer Seneca County, returning June 21 to 28, 2026! This weeklong culinary event invites locals and visitors to explore limited-time, summer-inspired specials from restaurants, cafés, bakeries, bars, food trucks, and more across the county.

From refreshing drinks to seasonal dishes and sweet treats, Taste of Summer highlights the delicious diversity of Seneca County’s food scene while encouraging guests to visit new places and support local businesses.

Participating Business Sign-Up

We’re inviting food and beverage businesses across Seneca County to be part of Taste of Summer 2026! Whether you’re a restaurant, coffee shop, bakery, bar, food truck, market, or specialty store, this is a great opportunity to showcase what makes your business unique.

To participate, simply offer one special, summer-themed item during the event week (June 21–28, 2026). This could be a new creation, a seasonal twist on a favorite, or a popular item that highlights summer flavors. Participants do not need to purchase your featured Summer Special, but they must make a purchase at your business in order to check in.

Participation is free, and signing up is quick and easy. Businesses will be promoted as part of a countywide campaign designed to drive traffic, increase visibility, and encourage both locals and visitors to explore more of Seneca County.

FOR FOOD TRUCKS: Any food truck is welcome to participate with the stipulation that you must set up within Seneca County the week of the event. In order to participate, you must also comply with all County/City permits and regulations, which can be found here.

Deadline to sign up: Sunday, May 17, 2026 at midnight.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of this growing summer tradition!

New this year, we’re using Bandwango to make this passport-style experience easier for both businesses and participants. Each participating business will be onboarded by a Bandwango expert and provided with everything needed to get started. You’ll receive a unique QR code for guests to scan after a purchase to check in and earn credit.

NEXT STEPS AFTER COMPLETING FORM:

After you have submitted the form below, please complete the following steps.

• Schedule a picture for promotional use (This can be a photo of you, your team, or people holding your summer special. It must include people! Photos will be taken at your business location. Food trucks can choose a meetup spot.) Use this link to schedule. 
• Watch for Bandwango onboarding email from the Seneca County Collaborative (mstephens@onseneca.org) and then from Bandwango (merchants@bandwango.com) and complete the necessary steps as soon possible. It will cover everything you need for a successful Taste of Summer!
• Communicate with your employees! Keep your team in the loop that you’re a participating Taste of Summer business. Make sure they know the details of your special, how customers will redeem offers, and what to expect throughout the promotion so everything runs smoothly.
• Accept the Taste of Summer Facebook event co-host request and any social media collaborator invites from Destination Seneca County to help boost visibility and reach. Please feel free to promote your participation on your own social channels, we just ask that another Facebook Event is not created
• Please stay communicative and responsive throughout the campaign! There are a lot of moving parts, so don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. Be sure to stay in the loop with the Destination Seneca County team so everything runs smoothly. THANK YOU!
