The Ritz Theatre Presents the 2021-2022 Ritz Players Season!

After a brief pause in performances due to COVID-19, The Ritz Theatre is proud to announce another outstanding season of events for 2021-22 presented by the Ritz Players.  See below for the full line up of shows that will be sure to steal the stage featuring local community members.  Season subscription sales begin August 2nd and single event tickets begin August 30th.  Tickets can be purchased and more information can be found on their website at ritztheatre.org

The Ritz Players are a community theatre organization that strives to present high-quality performances, staged at The Ritz Theatre. They believe in the power of live theatre to ignite the imagination, stimulate thought, offer an avenue for creative expression, and provide entertainment. Through their productions, workshops for young people and outreach programs, they strive to integrate theatre into the lives of the people who come into contact with their organization.

 

The Ladies of Harmony

The laughter is nonstop in this hilarious comedy. Six church ladies arrive at Harmony Church’s fellowship hall to plan a small funeral dinner for a man they despised. While eating doughnuts, drinking coffee and gossiping on a variety of topics including Pastor Bob’s go-go dancing fiancée, the church ladies engage in a game of “what-ifs” and “I-wish-I-hads,” and in doing so, reveal several secrets about themselves. The tale begins at a remote mansion, where six mysterious guests assemble for an unusual dinner party where murder and blackmail are on the menu.
