Clover Club Honors Betty White with Fundraiser for Humane Society of Seneca County

Honoring Betty White Supports the Humane Society.  Did you know that Betty White was a huge supporter of animals, from caring for those without homes to launching her own weekly TV show, “The Pet Set,” dedicated to her celebrity friends and their pets?  They are not exactly sure who is responsible for starting it, but shortly after her death, people started making contributions in her honor to animal welfare organizations.  Then the suggestion was to really kick it up a notch on what would have been her 100th birthday, Monday, January 17th.
In Tiffin, the Clover Club has decided to take part in the #bettywhitechallenge.  All day on Monday, they will donate 10% of food sales to the Humane Society of Seneca County.  They will be featuring: Betty White Lemon Martinis, build your own Betty’s Hot Dog or a Betty Bean Burger.
