Make It At Home: Wine Bottle Scarecrow

The Tiffin-Seneca Public Library’s virtual craft series for adults, “Make It At Home,” will offer free supply kits and an instructional video on how to make a wine bottle scarecrow beginning Tuesday, September 6.

Patrons will only need to provide scissors, tape, glue, and a Library card or other straight edge.  An instructional video on how to assemble the wine bottle scarecrow will be posted on the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library YouTube channel and Facebook page. Please note that kits will be available at the Information Desk on a first-come, first-served basis, and registration is not required. One kit per adult. Must be present to receive your kit.
