Get your wellness on at the St. Francis Senior Ministries Wellness Extravaganza on October 20 from 9am-1pm! This is a free event and open to the public. 

Local Christian author and motivational speaker, Liz Darnell will be speaking on "In it to Win it" at 11 am. There will also be a free lunch sponsored in part by Bridge Home Health and Hospice.
