The Fostoria Community Arts Council will be sponsoring a free Halloween Children's workshop on Saturday, October 22 from 10:00 am - noon at their offices at 125 S. Main St.

This free event is for children grades 1st - fifth under the direction of Ms. Cheryl Graves. A craft item will be made to be taken home that day just in time for Halloween.
