The Seneca County Museum Speaker Series | History of Cable Television and Tiffin's Role in the Industry

Thursday, October 27, 2022 - 7:00pm

The Seneca County Museum Speaker Series continues on Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. with an interesting presentation on the history of cable television in the community.
Most of us know Cablevision as another utility as common as the telephone or electricity, but have you ever wondered when and where this industry began? Did you know that Tiffin played a part in being one of the pioneer communities in this industry?

Join Scott Kneeskern on Oct. 27th at 7 p.m. at the Seneca County Museum, as he shared the history of how the Cablevision industry came about. Kneeskern also is to discuss the role the city of Tiffin played in this industry and the impact this had on our community.

This free program will be hosted in the Fort Ball Room at the museum. If you have any questions, please contact Seneca County Museum Director Theresa Sullivan, (419) 447-5955.
