The Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will hold a "Puzzle Race" for teens on Friday, February 23 at 3:30 PM in the Frost Kalnow Room.

Teens in grades six through twelve will compete to be the first to complete a jigsaw puzzle for a prize. Registration is not required for this free program.
