Grab some friends and get ready to have some fun!

We will run this cannonball style. Each team will be on the floor, competing for about 50 minutes. Check-in will be 30 minutes before your start time and awards will be done as each division finishes. Teams will be able to arrive, check-in, compete, get awards, and head for home in a timely manner.

Teams of 3. MMM, FFF, or Mixed. Rx and Scaled divisions.

At least one event will feature the Torque Fitness M4 Tank!

Division Standards:
-The Scaled division will be designed so that ANYONE can do it.
-For the RX division, you should be able to Rx most movements and common weights in the Open.
