Heidelberg University

Located on 110 beautiful acres in northwest Ohio, Heidelberg University combines a challenging liberal-arts curriculum with practical career preparation. Their welcoming, enthusiastic community includes over 1,000 undergraduate and 300 graduate students from all over the world, working closely with caring, insightful faculty members and staff. Heidelberg offers intellectually rigorous, hands-on courses in a wide range of majors, minors, concentrations, and pre-professional programs. They're also home to the Life of the Mind Honors Program, the Center for Military and Historic Archeology, and the National Center for Water Quality Research —opportunities for study and engagement you won’t find anywhere else. Their energetic campus overflows with activities, including sports, clubs, musical performances, and Greek life. Heidelberg was founded in 1850 by the German Reformed Church (now United Church of Christ).
