Kiwanis Manor has 72 one-bedroom apartments, 18 one-bedroom deluxe apartments and 8 efficiency apartments. Rent is based on 30% of one's adjusted income. Applicants must meet aga and income guidelines.

Kiwanis Manor has a staff of seven, five of which are full-time employees.

The Senior Community Center of Kiwanis Manor has a Beauty Salon, Laundry Room, Computer Room, Gift Shop, Exercise Room and multipurpose room. We also offer weekly outings to members.
