S & S Caldwell Storage

The  S & S Caldwell Storage has Commercial Rental and Seasonal Rental Space available to rent storage/warehouse and seasonal storage.  The Commercial Rental Space (pink, yellow and green areas) is 6,652 sq. ft.  This area is available to be used by a business for production or storage.  The Seasonal Rental Space (blue area) 3,200 sq. ft. is available to store boats, RV, Car, etc. We are open to renting out the full 9,852 sq. ft. area to a business if 6,652 is not large enough for business needs.
