The Tiffin-Seneca Heritage Festival, in partnership with the Tiffin-Seneca United Way and JAM’s Monthly Markets, has announced the launch of the Heritage Festival Putt-Putt Course Contest to take place during festival weekend on September 16, 2023 from 11 AM – 4 PM and September 17, 2023 from 10 AM – 3 PM.
