The Youth Services Department at the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will hold "Toddler Tales" on Thursdays, February 1, 8, and 15 at 10:00 AM in the Frost Kalnow Room.
The Teen Department of the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will be holding "Anime Club" for teens in grades 6 through 12 on Thursdays, February 1 and 15 from 3:00-4:30 PM in the Frost Kalnow Room.
